Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision, and it’s important to work with someone you feel comfortable with and understood by. Molly offers a warm, supportive space where clients can speak openly and honestly, without fear of judgement. She has extensive experience providing therapy within higher education settings and specialises in working with Gen Z and student clients, supporting them through the unique pressures of academic life, identity development, and life transitions.
Molly’s integrative approach combines compassion, professional experience, and evidence-based techniques to support emotional and mental wellbeing. She works collaboratively with clients, tailoring therapy to their pace, needs, and goals. Whether clients are experiencing anxiety, low mood, academic stress, burnout, or challenges around identity and self-esteem, Molly supports them with patience, clarity, and understanding. Her work is informed by a strong commitment to culturally sensitive practice, creating an inclusive and affirming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and respected.
Sessions are offered online via Zoom, allowing clients to access therapy from the comfort of their own space and fit sessions around study, work, and other commitments. This flexible approach makes it easier for students and young adults to prioritise their wellbeing. Molly’s focus is always on her clients’ progress and emotional health, supporting them throughout their therapeutic journey towards confidence, resilience, and meaningful change.
